Hey there, wonderful souls of the internet! I'm Jenazia Conway, the creative mind behind ODDBALL ART LLC, and I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the digital universe.

A Bit About Me:

I'm a 23-year-old artist hailing from the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York. I've had an incredible journey through the colorful world of art and creativity. My artistic journey began when I could pick up a pencil, i have always been an artist. I furthered my education at Parsons The New School for Art and Design, where I pursued my passion and earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Now, I'm on a mission to infuse the world with a little more love, positivity, and a whole lot of unique spaces.

ODDBALL ART: Embracing Individuality and Mental Health

ODDBALL ART is more than just a brand; it's a movement, a celebration of individuality, and a sanctuary for nurturing your mental well-being. If you've ever felt like a square peg in a round hole, or if you've struggled with your mental health journey, you're in the right place.

Why "ODDBALL"?

I selected the name "ODDBALL" for my brand because it originated from a meaningful moment in my life. During a casual school lunch with a close friend, she affectionately remarked that my art was unique and that I was such an "oddball." This comment deeply resonated with me, and it became the foundation upon which I built my brand.

There is also a spiritual essence of being an "ODDBALL", it lies in the profound realization that your true self is a unique and irreplaceable expression of the universe's creativity. At its core, it beckons you to embrace authenticity and wholeheartedly be who you are. In this self-discovery, you find a sense of wholeness and completeness that transcends societal norms and expectations, revealing the extraordinary beauty of your individuality.

The alignment of the colors in my logo, "ODDBALL" is in correspondence with the seven main chakras. From the "O" being violet which is the color of your crown chakra "Sahasrara" to the "L" being red the color of your root chakra "Muladhara", in addition there are seven letters in the word "ODDBALL", this adds a deeper layer of symbolism and significance. Just as the chakras represent various aspects of our energetic and spiritual selves, the word "ODDBALL" embodies the multifaceted nature of your being. Each letter, adorned with its distinct color, resonates with the energy centers within you.To me, an "ODDBALL" represents someone who stands out from the crowd, who embraces their individuality, and who dares to be different. It's a reminder that conformity to societal norms can be limiting, and there's incredible beauty in being authentically oneself. In a world where conformity often seems encouraged, I believe that being an "ODDBALL" is, in fact, something to be celebrated.

For every individual is a unique manifestation of the Whole, as every branch is a particular outreaching of the tree. To manifest individuality, every branch must have a sensitive connection with the tree, just as our independently moving and differentiated fingers must have a sensitive connection with the whole body. The point, which can hardly be repeated too often, is that differentiation is not separation.
